Dear Hiring Manager / HR Representative / Consultant,

          Perhaps your firm could benefit from the services of a seasoned veteran in Technical Support and Networking? I have over 15 years of experience in troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and installing Wintel-based equipment. I'm very comfortable on the phone as well as in-person, on-site. This is my passion; I live for break fix, installations and interfacing with customers.

          I achieved a very high score on my NT 4.0 certification tests, passing each one on the first attempt, and have kept current with Microsoft OS's, Office Software. I currently admin (part-time) an SBS 2003 server for a small firm. I am very interested in securing a position with a stable firm with a larger user base, maintaining the network infrastructure, servers and users needs. I am confident in my abilities to perform in either  a solo or team role. I'm willing to start as a contractor, especially if there is the possibility of a direct hire in the near future. I'm also available for Day & Week long contracts immediately, if you have a short term project in mind.
